I am going to buy a laptop , with the following configuration

FOR DELL inspiron 1525
1) intel core 2 duo 2.0
2) 2GB RAM
3) 160gb hard disk

cost 38500 Rs

For Acer aspire 4930
1) intel core 2 duo 2.0 with centrino technology
2) 2 gb ram
3) 160 gb hard disk

cost 37500 Rs


If anybody have experience then please tell me which will be good in case of battery backup Dell or Acer

Dell is good in terms of rough use,
i cant tell that Acer is not so , but still i can tell my Dell is working fine( but i use a external keyboard, mouse, LCd  most of the time for my convenience)

I would go with dell but computer a really cheap now so none of the above.  A 2 duo should not cost $3800
