I have a weird problem.  Although I have completely cleared my In Box, Sent Mail Box, etc. on both mail programs (Entourage & Mac Mail), I daily get notices that my mailbox is full and that I should clean it and that I am over the high water mark.   Can I keep two mail programs running or should I shut one down?  I decided to close Entourage and just use Mac Mail, but still all the emails that come in go to both sites.  I don't know how to stop that.  And I don't understand why I get the notices about my mailbox being full when it isn't.  I clean up both mail sites completely.   I am using Mac OSX

I would like to keep both mail programs if I could, but keep one active and not the other, if that makes sense.

Thanks!

Sorry, not a Mac user
But the OL has a Mac here and can sometimes mess with   Wink

You have a couple questions in this forum
Using Mac Mail
First, ensure that the following is set
Open Mail, Then in Mail>>Preferences>>General tab
You can select your default Email client

Quote
get notices that my mailbox is full and that I should clean it and that I am over the high water mark
This could be due to leaving messages on your server
Still in Mail>preferences>>
Select the Accounts tab
Not sure how many email addy's you have set, or which server is giving you notice of High water mark
But highlight one and select the Advanced tab

You will then see "Remove copy from server after retrieving a message"
The wife has her set to leave for a week, but there is also a Remove Now button
You can also set to remove right away

See if that helps at all
