How do I send 1 message to 1 Facebook network?

Been trying to reconnect with my friends from high-school who are on the FB network. I originally tried to copy/paste same message to each lady I went to school with, but then after a few FB gave me a warning that my "action might be considered abusive or spam." - Is there a way to send 1 message to all my graduating class (guys included), or a way to override this warning & continue? (I only got as far as "J".)
R
(The message is intended to get the ladies to list their maiden name on their profile so we can know who's who.)
