Operating System Version:Windows 2000
Problem Application Name & Version: IE 5
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:Internet Explorer has generated errors and will be closed down. You will need to restart the program

Almost every time when I try to open a link in the net or reply an email, push any buttons related to Internet Explorer, I get the error message and all the webpages will be closed. I thought a virus may cause it but checked and found no virus on my computer. It is getting really annoying, I can't even reply to an email anymore:( What can I do to get rid of those errors?

Can you give us more details on the error message?

There should be a "Details" link or button on the error page (or something similar).
