Hello, Im posting on behalf of my brother, he just purchased a laptop today and hes been having problems.

Shortly after he started playing around with it, i passed him alot of music/games and other miscellaneous stuff from my laptop, everything was working perfectly, he put his laptop to sleep and later on when he opened it back up the problems began.

First of all, the computer wud not detect any wireless signals, as if the wireless was not activate( which i made sure it was), and it when i clicked on Network and sharing center, it would not open.

So i restarted, defraged and tried system restoring. System restoring did not work, a error came up something along the lines of "Shadow copy of a certain file was not found"

Eventually, i was not even able to open My computer or any other folders for that matter, coming up with the error saying "The remote procedure call did not execute"

I am completely clues on what is going on.

Thanks in advance
