My sisters needed help with her computer because it was running slow and had all sorts of pop ups. I ried to run several virus scans but was unable to run anything but HJT. I tried combo fix but it just wouldn't do anything. It seemed to take forever to load it, so I gave up on trying after 1 1/2 hours. I cannot get into safe mode to run anything so I'm stuck dealing with windows. Here is the HJT log that I was able to get.
I hope someone can help with this.
Thanks

First,just a warning that you should never run Combofix unsupervised.It is a powerfull program and if wrongly

used can reduce you compter to  the status of  a useless piece of junk.....

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from one of these places:

 http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html

 http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
If it will not run make a copy of the MBAM.exe and rename MBAM.exe to xxx.exe and run that.Keep the genuine MBAM.exe as we may need to run that later as is.
* Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.

* Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.
* The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
* Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Once that Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is done removing the malware and you have rebooted the computer, browse around and see if you are still having that problem.

Hi Pancake old pal,

I was able to clean out some files after that last HJT log. I was also able to get her restored back to Feb 1st. She told me last night that it is running fine now like nothing happened. When I had left the computer a couple days ago, I couldn't get into safe mode and it was still running slow for me. Maybe after a reboot it fixed some things. I'm not sure but I asked her to run malewarebytes if she was able too and she did. Here is what she sent me as a log. I honestly didn't think I fixed it...lol The log shows no infections though.

Thanks for your help as always

Download Combofix.

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Save it to your Desktop but do not run it..

====================

Please copy this page to *Notepad* and save to your desktop for reference as you will not have any browsers open while you are carrying out portions of these instructions.

It's IMPORTANT to carry out the instructions in the sequence listed below.
1. Close any open browsers.
2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Open *notepad* and copy/paste the red text in the quotebox below into it:

Quote

File::
C:\DOCUME~1\Bonnie\LOCALS~1\Temp\dl1.exe
Folder::
Registry::
DDS::

Save this as CFScript.txt, in the same location as ComboFix.exe which is on the Desktop.

Refering to the picture above, drag CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe

When finished, it shall produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt

Please copy and paste  the ComboFix.txt in your next reply  please.

*Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.Altering this script in any way could damage your computer*

It says that "i am a Chinese Hacker & your system is now Screwed & Pc-4 is in danger".
I think it is generated by Flash drives.
