Hi,

I just recently bought a xps 8100 from dell and recieved it less then a week ago. However, my computer has gotten the blue screen of death twice so far. The first time was when I was paying a game. The second time was when I was just checking my email and listening to my winamp. I'm confused as to why I am getting this and what can I do to fix this?

Thank you

Here is what I found in the minidump folder

I think you have to format your hdd. O there might be a problem in your hardware settings.

What is your Operating System?
How much memory do you have?
Can you boot into SAFEMODE?
Tap the F8 key during bootup
Select SAFEMODE
