Hi,

If you're blocking senders and still receiving messages, they're sending using a different account.

What mail program and version are you using? Outlook Express 6?

Hi,

Outlook Express 2 will not run on WinXP, can you go to 'Help' > 'About Microsoft Outlook Express' in Outlook Express to verify the version.

Thanks....

Hi,

Blocking a sender applies to standard POP e-mail only. It does not apply to HTTP e-mail or IMAP messages. Are you using Outlook Express at home to retrieve message from you internet service provider or are you accessing corporate mail at work?

Also note that the same message may come from different sender (email address).
Take a look at the sender's email address of a message that came through and then go to Tools > Message Rules > Blocked Senders List... to see if that email address is listed in your blocked senders list.
