If you do,at the top is the choice to "REPAIR YOUR COMPUTER" there?
If it is follow the instruction and try a repair."

Well assuming a fresh Windows install doesnt fix it, the problem is Windows itself. WD Greens arent exactly performant OS drives to start with, but if theres something ****y with your install the problem will only get worse.
