I have this laptop that keeps giving me a \boot\bcd problem and Im not sure how to go about fixing this considering my laptop has no disk drive Huh?

It says the following

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the case. To fix the problem:

Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer
Choose your language settings, and then click Next
Click "Repair your computer."

You do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

File: \Boot\BCD

Status: 0xc000000d

Info: The windows Boot configuration Data file is missing required information.

This issue was caused by my brother, A game he was playing froze on him and he decided to turn the laptop off manually via button. If there is anyway I could possibly fix this please don't hesitate to share your answers.

Thanks
