What file format are these text files? (e.g. *.doc, *.wpd, *.txt ....)

these are documents i.e. resume's, leters, resceipe which i have prepared in works.  i have burned them onto a cd, copied them to floppys and sent them as attachments in email.  all with the same result, the information is garbled when opened by a computer other than my own.  they are wps.

Hi,

Do the recipients have 'Works' to open these documents?

Do you have an example you can attach to your next reply? (create a new one, don't post anything personal)

tried to upload, but kept getting message  "there is a problem with the file you are trying to upload.

.wps apparently is not an acceptable file extention.  is there a way to change the file extention from .wps to a readable or acceptable extension?

file size was only 16.84 kb

Hi,

Either zip the file or rename the extension to .log
