PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: windows 98
Problem Application Name & Version:norton internet security
Problem Hardware Make & Model:dell
Error Messages:none

I installed the Norton Internet Security 2003 but it does not work, after installation the assistant did not appeare but only for a moment and disappeared and never came back again so we could not even configure the program. It happened two times. After the first time I formatted the c: drive and installed the windows and explorer 6.0 again and installed the norton again but everything happened the same way. Installation was completed but I could not configure again

Hi,

Sound like you have a virus (worm)! Do you also have an antivirus software that is not working?

Run this online free virus scan if you don't have an up to date one:

Thank you! I did have a viruses and i could manage to get rid of them so my antivirus program is running now...Z
