Hi,

What is the line that shouldn't be in ipconfig?

Are these program installed when you start Windows? If so, run 'msconfig' to see what loads at startup on the 'Startup' tab

when I type run, then cmd,
ok then I type ipconfig
brings up my ethernet configuration as follows

EWthernet Adapter Local Are Connection

Connection Specific DNS Suffix . . : M30538.Tjdo.com
IP ADDRESS
Subnet MASK
DEfault gateway

Now there shouldnt be anything there with that connection specific dns suffix.  Thats there if you want to log in through a page through another page

Hi,

See if "M30538.Tjdo.com" is in the "DNS suffix for this connection" field on the DNS tab of the "Advanced TCP/IP Settings" for that connection.
