PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Windows XP Home
Problem Application Name & Version:Outlook Express 6
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:
All incoming messages have disappeared in the inbox foder after I left the computer for an hour without turning if off whereas the Outbox folder is normal.There is a message in the inbox folder saying that the mails may be hidden.

Can anyone advise how to locate the mails?

Thanks. The problem has been resolved. Can you advise whether the message viewing rule can change automatically to hide all view messages?

Hi,

I think this is what you mean. You want to hide read messages?

If so, View > Current View > Hide Read Messages
