this is in regards to my daughters monitor,IBM6331-02s 14" screen E54.
the screen was working well, till she went to start up again after closing down for awhile.the monitor did not start just stayed blank.
2yr old monitor.what could be the problem.
as she is a spina bifida and does not have a lot of money and has to get a new or an second hand one, which is the best way to go or get it repaired.
        hope you can help

Are you sure the problem is a dead monitor and not a system problem?

I would try the monitor on another system to verify this. If the monitor is indeed defective, it may be cheaper to buy a new one!
