Hi,

Is there a details/information button or link on the error message window?

If so, what are the details?

Hi,

Could be related to video card drivers. Do you have a Geforce card? If so, install the latest drivers.

Also check that NavHelper is not installed. Check in the Control Panel's "Add/Remove Program" and if listed, remove it.
