PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:  Windows XP 2002
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:



Can you please tell me why we are frequently getting the Internet Optimizer page up when we are looking for certain pages.  This is never relevant to what we want. How do we stop this happening.
Please help.

It's an error page hijacker.  Along the same lines as adware, spyware, etc...

:)Hi, thank you for asking - no I'm not experiencing problems with this internet optimizer - it appears to have disappeared as quickly as it came.  I did have the Lips Sealed'Blaster worm' virus and since this has been sent packing everything is o.k.

I am glad your problem has gone away, but I suggest you install a spyware/adware remover because this thing may be tracking your browsing habits.

Check out Spyware Remover for free utilities.
