PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: W2K
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Compaq/Armada M700
Problem: My keyboard on the laptop will not work. Mouse works. If I plug in a keyboard, that works. What do I need to do to get the laptop keyboard to work?

Hi,

Boot off a bootable floppy disk and try typing at the prompt, if the problem persists, then you have rules out Windows as the cause and should get the laptop serviced.
