PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP Pro
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

When i turn on my computer, after memory checking, i get a white hyphen (-) flashing in the top left of the completely black screen  and it lasts for around 3 minutes. Then, when windows finally loads up, it immediately goes on stand-by. I only formatted my hard-drive and installed windows 2 days ago, so I don
