When I go to websites with forums my computer slows down and has a very slow scroll..slow enough that it is not worth the hassle..also as I type this the letters are slow to appear. I do not have any connection problems..I never get disconnected. I have done so far...downloaded new version of explorer to connect..checked for spyware with ad aware..many virus scans..all computer maint, defrag, disc scan and so on. Most website work fine and scroll work on most websites..forum websites are my problem ..can anyone help?..thanks

Hi,

That's strange! Do you have an antivirus software running? Try to disable to test.
Check your Internet Explorer security settings and try to lower them for testing.
Don't forget to set them back after testing.

Also try booting up in Diagnostics Startup Mode to also test
