PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Windows 2000
Problem Application Name & Version: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

My company has an e-mail exchange that allows us to acess our e-mail system from home or any other off-site location.

I was using the exchange program tonight and, after reading and sending several e-mails, I suddenly got an error message: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. Then, the screen went to all white excpet for a short string of numbers.

Now, I can't even get back far enough to see the numbers. All I get is the "This page cannopt be displayed" message!

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I forgot to note that all of my other Internet functions seem to be ok. I can get to other sites, use my personal e-mail, etc.

Hi,

Sounds like the problem was with your works mail server.
The service must of been down and brought back up first thing in the morning when the administrator found out.
