Dear Sir or Madam,
I am having a problem with one of email accounts here in our office.  Whenever I recieve an email from this person and try to send a reply, the automatic reply changes the person's email address from ".net" to ".neet".  I have looked in my contacts to make sure that there is not a bad email address linked to that person's name.  In fact, whenever anyone in this office gets an email from that person and tries the reply button..her email address changes in the {To:} line to ".neet". Please advise.
Thanks,

Hi,

This person most likely has her/his reply address incorrectly set in her/his mail program. Get this person to verify her/his account settings to set the reply address correctly.

I have checked the email account setup in her outlook.  The reply address is correct in that it has the ".net"...not the ".neet".  It's really baffling to me...I can't seem to find where the ".neet" is coming into play.

Hi,

Can you paste the email header info in your next post?

In Outlook, find one of these message, right click, select Properties, click on the Details tab, highlight the contents of the box and paste it into your next reply.

Dear Admin,
You were right...I did go back and check the "reply to" address in the outlook account...I had mistakenly used ".neet" instead of ".net".
Thanks for your help!
