Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

I saved a downloaded file and when asked what program to open the zip file I just added to the program file folder which is invalid - how do I change a files program so that I can open?  It does show up under the WINDOWS folder.

I am not quite clear on what your problem is. Are you trying to unzip a zip file? Do you have Winzip or another compression utility installed? Is the problem related to file type association, meaning when you run the zip file you're prompted to select what application to use or it automatically runs the wrong program?
