Error Messages:
An error has occurred. To continue:
Press Enter to return to Windows, or
Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart your computer. If you do this, you will lose any unsaved information in all open applications.

When I turn on my PC and it starts to load all of a sudden a blue screen comes up (what I typed above is what it says) I always have to restart my PC like 3 times before the blue screen stops coming up. This started happening about a week ago...

Hi,

This error could be caused by a corrupt registry.
START > Run and in the text box type scanregw.exe and click the OK button.
Was there any errors found?

If that doesn't do it, try to run a Spyware Remover to see if the problem is caused by that and also run http://housecall.trendmicro.com for a virus online virus scan.

Hey man, now a little box pops up when Windows is finished loading, here's what it says:

Registry Editor
Cannot import C:\WINDOWS\sp.dll: Error opening the file. There may be a disk or file system error.

How do I fix that?

you can get that file from here
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?sp

sp - sp.dll - DLL Information
DLL File: sp or sp.dll
DLL Name: Adware DLL
Description: Adware that sets your homepage address to an address used by the adware author
System DLL: No

Common Errors: File Not Found, Missing File, Exception Errors
Solution: Download WinTasks to find out which application is using this DLL. Many problems can be solved by resinstalling this application. If the DLL is missing, download it to your windows system folder.

looks like it may be spyware i would get either spybot search and destroy or adaware or both and see if that doesnt clean your system out of the spyware and get rid of the error  spybot can be downloaded from www.security.kolla.de  after you install it update it so it has the latest files

sp.dll and sp.reg is spyware that changes your IE explorer searchpage to
http://www.topsearcher.com/ie/. To get rid of it, try the tips below:

Goto Start>Programs>Startup
If there is a shortcut to SP.DLL, delete it.

Goto Start>Run>
type MSCONFIG
goto the Startup tab,
Look for this line:
   sp regedit -s C:\windows\sp.dll.
Uncheck that box and see if that fixes your problem.

Goto Start>Run>
type REGEDIT
click Edit>Search
search for SP.DLL (this action may take a very long time!)
Delete any reference

Goto Start>Find/Search>Files or Folders
Search for SP.DLL
Delete any results for SP.DLL
