PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: windows xp home version
Problem Application Name & Version: some games
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages: wowexec caused a general protection fault in module mmsystem.dll ay 000a:0032


everytime i try to play some games it come up.
it wouldn't let me delete some of the games and it won't let me reinstall none of them. please help me....

Hi,

If using Ad-Aware, simply make sure the items deleted are first quarantined. Then if problems occur you can undo to changes. I am sure the other spyware removers have a similar feature.

If the items are tracking cookies, these are safe to delete. Any other you're not sure of, simply reply to your thread with the items and I will let you know what they are.

To speed things up, you may want to use this reference list:
