Usually the Delete Cookie, Delete Files and Delete History buttons do what there supposed to do but if you want to make sure go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\History

Where USERNAME is the username you logged in as and delete the files manually or if any are left after hitting the delete buttons within IE.
