hi i am using winXP and my hdd is fat32, but wanna convert it to NTFS, can any one tell how to convert it ?

Hi,

Open a Command Prompt and run:

'convert c: /fs:ntfs' <ENTER> (no quotes)

Change the drive letter in the previous command to convert other drives

Please Note: Once converted you cannot go back to FAT32! Also if you're dual booting with an older version of Windows (Win9x), that installation will no longer work since it won't understand NTFS file system.
