I wanted to pass along a good customer service experience from a hardware vendor.
(Admin if this violates any rules please just delete it)
My Logitech wireless keyboard stopped working so I brought it to work to verify it had died.  It had indeed died but the same couple of numbers would flash on my screen on trying to type anything.  I thought it might be error code so I called Logitech tech support.
Now I had that keyboard for over 2 years and no receipt etc.
After verifying my serial numbers etc from the keyboard and receiver they asked for my mailing address and advised they would put a free replacement in the mail, which I just received.
I didn't expect that to happen at all (my only reason for calling was the error code could have led me to a fix) so i was very pleased with the outcome.
It is difficult to find that kind of support and service but it pays off because knowing that they stand behind their products like that, they will become a brand of choice and I will recommend them to others, like here now  Grin
Too often we only hear the bad stories.  Figured I'd share a good one and pay it forward Smiley   Way to go Logitech!

Hi Haith,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Logitech with us! Always like to hear stories that turn out good since like you said, most don't!

Of course this type of discussion is encouraged and there is no need to delete this thread but I did move it to the "General Discussions" forum since I think it fits here best!
