Operating System Version:XP
Problem Application Name & Version:OE 6.0.2800
When ever inconsiderate people send mail with an attachment that has been forwarded several times I have to click on all of the previous senders to get to the 'originator' to be able to open it.How can I open the attachment with one click?

I know what you mean!
I'm not aware of a way to do this without doing as you describe.

???Excuse me. I tried that and still had to procede through the multiple attachments to finally open it. What am I missing  in your instructions? I hold the shift key and left click. No good results  from doing that.

Smiley Sorry I could not help, I use Eudora 6.1.1.

I suppose that is why I'm so stupid on BIG troubles with that freebie 'Outlook Express'.

I am not aware of any other way to get to the attachment when the email has been forwarded many time except to open each forwarded messages like you said!
