try disconnecting it from the usb and then reboot and reconnect it...does it show it in the printers folder?

ok go into the properties for it and see if it has the correct port chosen for it...should be a usb port listed for it in the printers properties

ok with the printer hooked up go to the properties for that printer then click on the ports tab and add a new port then see if you can add the usb port that way and have your printer install disk in the drive so you can get the drivers off it and let me know how it goes
