PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:XP home edition
Problem Application Name & Version:One-VA VPN Client Pilotv1.1
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:


After reinstalling my operating system I tried to install from a CD an application which I was able to install with no difficulties in the past.This time however after the installation was completed and I click on the icon trying to access it  the error message appeared that ICQ\INSTICQ.exe is not a valid Win32 application.What should I do about it?

Hi,

Seems like it is trying to launch ICQ's installation. Maybe when you launch the VPN client it tries to connect to the internet and ICQ is trying to install itself?

Try running in Diagnostics Startup Mode to run your VPN client and once configured, reboot in Normal mode and check if it still works.
