Hi. My problem is I do have Norton Antivirus, and my computer has been running really slow for awhile, and then quit working, I was able to get it working again today, and Norton came up and said I had a Trojan.  Sleep[1].exe and said it couldn't fix the problem, I scanned again, and it said it couldn't fix it.. I tried to delete the trojan, and couldn't find it.  I downloaded anti trojan shield, and I scanned with it and it said I had no trojan?? But I have a 2.6 and I have a cable modem and it took me 40 minutes to download the trojan shield when it should have taken 40 seconds?  So now I don't know what to do. Any Idea's??

Hi,

You may have spyware saturating your internet connection.

Install one of these free spyware removers

Hi, thanks for answering so quickly, I have Ad Aware on my computer and I check often for spy ware, so I don't think that is the problem.  I also went to Trend Micro and ran Housecall on the internet and it said no virus's?? hmmm.. But Norton keeps popping up with Virus alert and downloader trojan, and my computer is running extreamly slow. And it keeps coming up with warnings, and error's and when I run Norton Virus scan it show's the Trojan is jumping around my computer.. I try to follow it to delete it and I can't find it.. But It won't let me do very much with out shutting down.. Sad

Hi,

Sounds like this may be the culprit:
http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=HTML_RUNIT.A

The first link's cleaning instructions say to do the same as this to clean:
http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?Vname=TROJ_ADCLICKER.O

Hi.. Well I found the Trojan and I still can't get rid of it.. But I was able to quarantine it with Norton Anti Virus... Will it be ok if I just leave it there?

Hi,

Usually if a virus/trojan is quarantined it means it was cleaned but you state you couldn't get rid of it. Is this because running a subsequent scan find it again?
