Hi,
The dsound.dll and ddraw.dll files belong to DirectX, therefore re-install it from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=B5099865-D400-4DD7-A93F-8F21B4BEAB1E
Edit Win.ini (Start > Run > win.ini) and look in the [windows] section for these two lines and remove and entries for msinfo.exe
load=
run=

hello again! I downloaded what you said might work, it was the 8.0 version, and for some reason it didnt work, so I downloaded the 9.0 version and that worked, so thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction, but now I have a new problem, I mainly needed that dsound.dll file to play a game that I've had for a while, everytime I would try and play it it would say that was missing, even though I already knew that because of the error messages that I would get when I turned on my computer, well, I figured today that since those error messages were gone, the game would play, but now it says that my program is making an invalid dynamic link call to a .dll file, I'm hopeless I know! If you have any idea's that would be great! thanks!
