Hi,

Do lockups only occur when using internet applications?

If so, try updating your NIC (network interface card) drivers with the latest ones off the manufacturer's website.

Hi,

The NIC is the Network Interface Card install in the PC. Look in "Device Manager" to update the drivers once you download from manufacturer's website.
