PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:

Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:


ok
#1  installed kodaks 6 in one picture card reader in windows 98
useing the installation disk that came with the reader when i go
to use it the pc tells me they cant find the device.in the device manager the 6 in one shows up but the message is the object to be veified is unknown to the trust provider.\

Hi,

Are you connecting via USB?
Do you have any other USB devices? Have you tried disconnecting these other devices to test?
Is the USB port working properly in Device Manager?

yes i am using kodaks 6 in one sub cable

no the device manager has i think a red x over the icon
