PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows 98
Problem Application Name & Version: Microsoft FS2002
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

8)I have a PC that's well within the speed & size for FS2002 Flight simulator.
But the graphics are playing catch-up.
Side view of the aircraft has a pattern like oil on water.

And after playing for a while it slows up.

I also have problems starting up & shutting down, my PC.
i.e. Hanging up when booting up & shutting down.
