PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Win 2k, ver 5.0, service pack 4
Problem Application Name & Version: all
Problem Hardware Make & Model: Gateway
Error Messages: none

This is driving me crazy. When I try to scroll using the arrow buttons in the scroll bar, the display will jump all the way to the top or the bottom in almost any application or dialog box. Doesn't happen all the time, but I can't figure out what causes it to start happening, and when it does, I can't stop it from happening. Imagine trying to scroll down one row in your spreadsheet and ending up at row 9999. Ahhh!
