I have all the administrative rights and i have tried a lot to solve this problem, but it is not solved. Network is working properly with rest of the users and with the same user too. i have reset her password but the problem doesnot solved. i have one solution that if i delete her account from the server and make a new account then her data and outlook exchange emails will be lost.i need one of your solution i will b very grateful to you. your early reply will be highly appreciated.

Someone edited the default NTFS rights.  That is why the profile cannot be loaded.  You can check this by looking at the rights of the "C:" Drive.  You will more than likely see that the "Users" do not have rights anymore...

To fix this, you need to restore the "Default NTFS Permissions".

See this article for more info:
HOW TO: Restore the Default NTFS Permissions for Windows 2000:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q266/1/18.ASP&NoWebContent=1

Also you more info on the Default Rights see:
Default NTFS Permissions in Windows 2000:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;244600

Hope this fixes it for you

This may also give you a clue. Its part of an email sorry it looks odd..but its all that was passed on to me.

I've fixed the problem and I apologize for not being more descriptive in my question. The system actually has a PDC and a replicating BDC. The problem turned out to be that the profile was not on %SYSVOL% on the BDC. I don't understand why as NTFRS is enabled and the %SYSVOL% directory should be replicating.
