PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Not Relevent

When hooking up ethernet cables into a hub, does it matter if the cables are crossover or not?  I have several crossover cables and if I dont have to go buy regular ethernet cables it would help so I'm just wondering if I can use crossover ethernet cables with a hub.

Thanks,

Hi,

Generally you would connect a PC to a hub using a straight-through cable and use a cross-over to connect hub-to-hub or two PCs directly. Check your hub manual but I suspect you will need straight-through cables.
