Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Okay, I tried to delete a file: it is 15 gigs in size (captured video), and when I tried to do this, windows brought up a dialogue telling me that this file would be deleted permanently. I chose "yes" that the file should be deleted permanently, and it disappeared from the folder. Later when I checked the size of my hard-drive, I found that it had not changed since I deleted the file, so I went to my recycle bin, to see if it was sent there, but it was not there. I tried rebooting my system thinking this would clear memory, but it did not work. So I currently cannot find the file, but it seems to be still on my hard drvive, as it (my hard drive) has not shown a 15gig increase in size.

Any ideas on how to permanently delete the file would help greatly! thanks!!

give this program a try I have used it several times and it works well

When I die, I want to die like my grandmother, who died peacefully
in her sleep.  Not screaming like all the passengers in her car.
