PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:



I HAVE INSTALLED A NEW 40G HARD DR. AND NOW MY MODEM DOES
NOT WORK IT SAYS ERROR 630,I THINK A PORT MAY BE OFF,I DONT
KNOW HOW TO GET IT BACK ON CAN ANY ONE HELP.

Did you install the operating system onto the new hard drive..I will asume you have.Go into the Device Manager and look at the modem properties.This should tell you the port it is on.Try reinstalling the the modem and drivers it should put it onto the correct port. Make sure you reboot after the install.
