windows xp
internet explorer

when i visit some sites which require logging in either the part of the page where i logon displays the action cancelled message, or if i enter my details and click submit/press enter the action cancelled message is displayed in the logon area, and i am not logged on. any ideas?

It looks like a cookie problem so delete the by doing this.
GOTO START
HIT RUN
TYPE IN COOKIES and OK
HIGH LITE "INDEX.DAT" File
GOTO TOOL BAR "EDIT" HIT "INVERT SELECTION"
THEN GOTO TO "FILE" THEN HIT DELETE.
The cookies will be deleted and the dat file will remain. Try the sites again.

thanks, it seems to work, but i have another prob that i forgot to say about,

wen using msn messenger i cant see the other persons picture in the conversation window. tried installing again and restarting but it hasnt worked

Im not familiar with msn so I suggest you post it as a fresh topic...is this in web cam??. In the mean time I will see what I can come up with. Have a nice day
