Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:An error occurred during the installation of the device. The system cannot find the file specified.

I'm trying to install my new digital camera (Fujifilm A310) I keep getting the above message when I plug in the USB cable and try to install the mass storage device. I also get told that it is untested for windows xp (which I have) although it says on the box that the hardware/software is designated for xp. Please someone help me!

First thing is to put in the drivers. You can ignore the unsigned drivers and just ask to carry on the install. If the cam has to have a seperate power supply make sure it is on.Switch off the computer, plug in your usb connector and do a reboot.
