Hi,

Program.exe is not part of a default Windows 98 installation!

Sounds to me like a virus or the extman program modified the registry.

Can you run regedit.exe?

If not, try renaming it to regedit.com
Do a search and let me know in what key "program.exe" is found

Do not delete anything yet! Changes are instant and cannot be undone!
