Error Messages:windows cannot find cmd32.exe

I have recently had the w32.jeefo virus which has been quarantined on my laptop. The virus does not appear to affect anything any more but when i sign on an error message is displayed.

Windows cannot find C:\windows\system32\cmd32.exe (or something similar to that) how can i replace the file.

Thank you
