PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:xp pro
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:not working


my keyboard and mouse are not working, I tried switching to usb devices but with same results. pc comes on normally but then I have to shut down the "wrong" way.  any help will be appreciated

Try removing the mouse and keyboard cable and then shut off PC.  Replace cables and statr PC.  If that does not work, swith the cables with the other usb devices.  If that fails, reset the default on uyou9r Bios.  Good luck.

Hi,

Are you connecting all your USB devices through a USB Hub? If so, try connecting the mouse/keyboard directly to the PC
