Hi,

Seems like a problem with your ISP

I would contact them to sort this out.

I use to tech support for a living - try this - open up Outlook Expres - go to Tools - Options - go to the security tab and make sure Do not allow attachments to be saved.... and make sure that the Secured mail is unchecked. Also the code 0X800CCC0E also means a firewall could be blocking attachments and the most important is if you have an antivirus program disable email scanning.  When you send attachments using a firewall or antivirus - it checks the message slowly and it times out the server and attachments can't be sent.  The code means its at your end not the ISP.

Found the problem it was a faulty modem or some app on the PC, as I tested it with a laptop with a different ISDN modem and all was fine.Smiley
