Operating System Version: Windows 2000 SP4
Problem Application Name & Version: MS Office2K PRO
Problem Hardware Make & Model:IBM NetVista
Error Messages: Explorer.exe has generated an error and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.

Please help me fix my error message as shown above. Whenever I open a file from Excel and click the open folder to show My Documents, the window prompt will hang and stop responding. This also happens when I go to Outlook and click on the paperclip so that I can open an attachment. It always freeze on the windows prompts to show my files on my computer. Thanks in advance.Grin
