i want your help about dos mode

i have windows xp, but i want to start the computer in dos mode sometimes to play some old games which can be played in dos mode. But i cant do it. i can open them from the dos mode in windows xp but this way they are working very slowy.

i will be very happy if you show me the way to start computer in dos mode

unfortunatly windows xp has no native DOS,  you can get to the command line but the last windows OS to use DOS was win2000 I belive.  I had the same troubles after i realized that windows xp has no natice dos prompt that was the final straw and I went back to windows 98.
