Ok well starting 2days ago, on msn and in internet explorer (everywhere on my comp) wheres a place to scroll up or down it lags.

if i scroll up or down it scrolls slow, wavy and laggy. it use to scroll fast and smooth.

what could be causing this? if you know what please say how to fix thx.

and so far i have cleaned my computer, uninstalled useless stuff and defragged comp.  Again it started 2 days ago, and if this helps i have a dell p3 866mhz 128ram. with windows xp pro.

thx
